A group of very more or less stressed people. We all is there to learn us how to manage our stress. A stress that have give us mostly rather serious symptom.<br \/>\nThis first day was about how the whole course was composed. We give each other a short presentation. The first part was mostly theoretical and we finished the day with relax moment.<br \/>\nUnfortunately I suffer of a wery irritaded cough.<\/p>\n<p>We get some homework to do untill next Tuesday:<br \/>\nListen on a CD whit relax instructions.<br \/>\nWrite down reflections (diary).<br \/>\nTrain relax, ewery day.<br \/>\nTrigger training, a quick way to reach relax. (Put Your thumb, index finger and middle finger together, on Your left hand. Press. Feel the tens.  Take a deep breath. Hold Your breath and feel the tens i the whole body. Tens&#8230; and relax in the hand and teh whole body.) Several times per day.<br \/>\nIdentify My different &#8217;Achilles&#8217; heels&#8217; in the following parts; physics, feelings, thoughts and behaviour.<br \/>\nRead a book: In swedish(&#8217;Landa Mjukt&#8217;. Vi \u00e4r alla d\u00e4r f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ra oss hantera v\u00e5r stress. En stress som har gett oss ganska allvarliga besv\u00e4r.<br \/>\nDenna f\u00f6rsta dag handlade om hur hela kursen var upplagd. Vi presenterade oss f\u00f6r varandra. F\u00f6rsta delen var mest teori och vi avslutade med avslappning.<br \/>\nGivetvis gjorde min rethosta att jag inte kunde slappna av riktigt.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5 fick vi l\u00e4xor, till n\u00e4sta tisdag:<br \/>\nLyssna p\u00e5 en avslappningsCD.<br \/>\nSkriva ned v\u00e5ra reflektioner (dagbok).<br \/>\nTr\u00e4na avslappning, varje dag.<br \/>\nTrigger tr\u00e4ning, ett snabbt s\u00e4tt att n\u00e5 avslappning. (F\u00f6r ihop tumme, pekfinger och l\u00e5ngfinger. Tryck. Andas in s\u00e5 mycket luft som m\u00f6jligt. H\u00e5ll andan och k\u00e4nn att hela kroppen sp\u00e4nns. Sp\u00e4nn&#8230; och slappna av i handen och i hela kroppen.)
