\n<\/strong>The major part o f the day went to a confused try to get a local installation of My WordPress blog. It partly work. I can now run WordPress on My local computer with the so-called template I use. Try to get along with a so-called theme (template) switcher. The reader can then change template. Actually language template. One is competly in Swedish and the other one is most partly in English. Some tricky. A lot happend per automatic so I have to figured out how to capture this automatic, look at it, eventually remade it and then let it pass further.
\nTo experiment with change of templates I now do on My local computer. The ’thing’ that make Me a lot of trouble was a try to download the completely WordPress MySQL database, to My local computer and install it. I try a lot of different solutions but they all end up with that I land in My blog out on the www? In one moment I get a fairly good result. But if I chose to read one single post I get a error, that says that it not exist? I gave a shit about it. To high trouble factor.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>The son came for Sunday dinner (Tacos). And now I can reveal all, initiated in, that he eat the ham up (we did not offer any, it was the one he by). Unfortunately I get a lot of pain in My body by sitting still for so long.<\/p>\n

Pain in the lower (distal) part of My both arm. I have only force to one activity per day. And then I mean a more physical activity. The walking have been bore difficulty. It could depend on the fact that there is a little bit slippery and because of that I get tens in a unaware way. A quickly walk works better than a more common walk. I have not train gymnastics (Friskis&Svettis) in a while, the cold have rife in My body.[\/english][swedish]Massor med sn\u00f6! \n<\/strong>St\u00f6rre delen av dagen gick \u00e5t till ett f\u00f6rvirrat f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att f\u00e5 till en lokal installation av min blogg (WordPress). Det gick delvis. Jag kan nu k\u00f6ra WordPress lokalt p\u00e5 min dator med de s.k. mallar jag har. H\u00e5ller p\u00e5 med att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00e5 till det med en s.k. mallutbytare. L\u00e4saren ska kunna byta mall. Egentligen spr\u00e5kmall. Den ena \u00e4r helt p\u00e5 svenska och den andra \u00e4r till stor del p\u00e5 Engelska. En hel del pill. Mycket sker per automatik s\u00e5 det g\u00e4ller att lura ut hur man f\u00e5ngar upp den d\u00e4r automatiken, tittar p\u00e5 den, eventuellt g\u00f6r om den och sedan l\u00e5ter den skickas vidare.
\nAtt h\u00e5lla p\u00e5 med experimenterade av att \u00e4ndra mallar g\u00f6r jag nu d\u00e5 lokalt. Det som st\u00e4llde till det var att jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte ’tanka’ ned hela bloggdatabasen (WordPress MySQL), till min PC och installera den. Hur jag \u00e4n gjorde s\u00e5 hamnade jag likt f\u00f6rbaskat p\u00e5 den bloggen som var ute p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet? Vid ett tillf\u00e4lle fick jag till det hyfsat. Men om man valde att l\u00e4sa ett enda inl\u00e4gg s\u00e5 kom en varning upp om att det inte fanns? S\u00e5 jag sket i det d\u00e4r. Allt f\u00f6r h\u00f6g kr\u00e5ngelfaktor.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Sonen kom p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagsmiddag (Tacos). Och nu kan jag meddela alla intressenter att han \u00e5t upp skinkan (vi bj\u00f6d inte p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon, det var den han k\u00f6pte). Tyv\u00e4rr fick jag attans ont i kroppen av att sitta inaktiv s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Mycket b\u00e4ttre men hostan st\u00f6r fortfarande lite p\u00e5 f\u00f6rnatten.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>Min tinnitus \u00e4r v\u00e4rre \u00e4n vanligt. K\u00e4nselbortfallet i tummen \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 besv\u00e4rande. Tr\u00f6ttande muskelstelhet i nacke och \u00f6vre delen av ryggen. V\u00e4rk i underarmarna. Orkar bara g\u00f6ra en aktivitet per dag. En mer fysisk aktivitet. Promenerandet har blivit besv\u00e4rligare. Kan bero p\u00e5 att jag omedvetet sp\u00e4nner mig nu n\u00e4r det kan vara halt. Rask promenad funkar b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n vanlig.
