Mest utsidan av underarmarna. Men ocks\u00e5 mellan skulderbladen, upp mot nacken. Inte v\u00e4rk, egentligen, mer stelhet eller segt.<\/p>\n<p>Blev ovanligt tr\u00f6tt idag, efter att ha jobbat tv\u00e5 timmar.<\/p>\n<p>Idag blev det mer l\u00e4kemdel \u00e4n p\u00e5 l\u00e4nge: p\u00e5 morgonen 400mg Brufen + 250mg Paraflex.<br \/>\nTill lunch samma dos.<\/p>\n<p>Och nu, efter jympan, samma dos igen + 1g Alvedon. V\u00e4ntar nu p\u00e5 att de ska ha effekt.<\/p>\n<p>Av vilken anledning g\u00e5r jag och jympar n\u00e4r jag k\u00e4nner mig s\u00e5 kass? Troligtvis f\u00f6r att jag n\u00e5gonstans hoppas att det p\u00e5 sikt har positiv effekt och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det roligt att tr\u00e4ffa mina jympakamrater.<\/p>\n<p>Funderar p\u00e5 det d\u00e4r med skador &#8211; r\u00f6r man inte p\u00e5 sig ja d\u00e5 blir det ju inga skador. \u00c4ter man fel och inte r\u00f6r p\u00e5 sig ja d\u00e5 kan man ju i och f\u00f6r sig f\u00e5 en massa sjukdomar. Men du blir inte skadad.
