Fram till v\u00e5ren 2003.<br \/>\nJag l\u00e4gger ned mycket tid p\u00e5 att klura ut framf\u00f6r allt fysiska tr\u00e4ningsmetoder som ska h\u00e5lla mina besv\u00e4r st\u00e5ngen.<br \/>\nRegelbunden tr\u00e4ning med Friskis&amp;Svettis, \u00e4r sj\u00e4lv ledare d\u00e4r. Promenader, stavg\u00e5ng. Cykelturer, korta &amp; l\u00e5nga.
