Huden p\u00e5 halva tummen \u00e4r  fortfarande f\u00f6r det mesta k\u00e4nslol\u00f6s. V\u00e4rk har jag dock mer och mer  s\u00e4llan. Kommer n\u00e4r jag \u201dg\u00f6r n\u00e5got\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mina s.k. marginaler \u00e4r fortfarande d\u00e5liga. Jag k\u00e4nner mig stark och  pigg och s\u00e5 \u201ds\u00e4tter jag ig\u00e5ng med n\u00e5got\u201d och d\u00e5 kan det bara bli  \u201dtv\u00e4rstopp\u201d. Det \u00e4r h\u00e4r sjukgymnastiken kommer in, att bygga upp  r\u00f6rlighet och styrka igen s\u00e5 att man f\u00e5r tillbaka sina \u201dmarginaler\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Detta med \u201dmarginaler\u201d inneb\u00e4r att man ska ha en r\u00f6rlighet och  styrka lite ut\u00f6ver det man beh\u00f6ver. Det \u00e4r d\u00e5 man \u201dorkar\u201d. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5  bra att ha v\u00e4l tilltagna \u201dmarginaler\u201d, det kan \u201dskydda\u201d en fr\u00e5n skador.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c4r gott.
