Vi gick igenom n\u00e5gra f\u00e5 l\u00e4tta  \u00f6vningar som jag ska cirkeltr\u00e4na ett tag fram\u00f6ver, med start 13:00 nu p\u00e5  fredag. Det k\u00e4nns sk\u00f6nt att f\u00e5 komma ig\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen unnade jag mig en seans i bastun. Det satt fint. Det \u00e4r bara det att bada bastu sj\u00e4lv \u00e4r liksom inge kul.<\/p>\n<p>Satte i mig en p\u00e5se jordn\u00f6tter i g\u00e5r kv\u00e4ll. Den \u00e5ker fortfarande upp  och ned. Hustrun f\u00f6resl\u00e5r att vi ska s\u00e4tta upp helkroppsbilder p\u00e5 oss  sj\u00e4lva, p\u00e5 kylsk\u00e5psd\u00f6rren, fr\u00e5n den tiden vi var normalt byggda  (smalare). Kanske en riktigt bra id\u00e9. Som den nu \u00e4r har man liksom en  skev kroppsuppfattning.<\/p>\n<p>Nu p\u00e5 f\u00f6rmiddagen ska jag \u00e5ka till THN och hj\u00e4lpa Mor lite. Det g\u00e5r  v\u00e4l s\u00e5d\u00e4r bra med hennes arm. Det kommer s\u00e4kert att bli bra i slut\u00e4ndan  men hon har det sv\u00e5rt nu.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan har de n\u00e5got mickelmackel med datan ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Var till distriktssjukgymnastiken ig\u00e5r.
