{"id":108,"date":"2008-01-17T20:58:48","date_gmt":"2008-01-17T19:58:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.ngn.nu\/2008\/01\/17\/healthy-thursday\/"},"modified":"2008-05-08T07:51:09","modified_gmt":"2008-05-08T06:51:09","slug":"healthy-thursday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.ngn.nu\/index.php\/2008\/01\/17\/healthy-thursday\/","title":{"rendered":"[english]Healthy Thursday.[\/english][swedish]H\u00e4lsosam Torsdag.[\/swedish]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[english]To day I made up a list over the positive and negative effects off the medical Saroten.<br \/>\n+ In good mood.<br \/>\n+ Maybe is the basic tens a little bit lower?<br \/>\n&#8211; More difficult to hold weight.<br \/>\n&#8211; The body hold more fluid.<br \/>\n&#8211; Munch thirstier.<br \/>\n&#8211; More often headache (normally I have none).<br \/>\n&#8211; Slow the first morning hours (normally I is alert).<br \/>\n&#8211; All my other symptoms are the same.<br \/>\n&#8211; An additional chemical in the body.<\/p>\n<p>This scales slam in the table on the negative side. Add then that I&#8217;m not sure if the two positive items maybe can depend on the fact that I have start a stress managing education and is a good student.<br \/>\nI have 3 weeks left of the time I decide for this &#8217;test&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>After my breakfast I take a walk. Before lunch (salad) a 22min of relax.<\/p>\n<p>Spend some time in front of the computer and my digital pictures. I have diced to make a DVD to my parents. I had a lot of pictures they newer had seen.<\/p>\n<p>Then my wife came home from her job. And she wants to look at the pictures she will chose for her photo book, on my computer. \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>Next mission for the day was to go to a commission as host for a gymnastic group of seniors arranged by our Swedish idealistic union Friskis&amp;Svettis.<br \/>\nIt was nice. A tempo there all get time to manage the different movements.<\/p>\n<p>And I made a short visit in the food store on my way back home. I needed some vegetables. And I by no candy!<\/p>\n<p>Back home I ease my hunger with some buckwheat porridge, porridge banana and rice drink. That\u2019s my dinner.<br \/>\n[\/english]<br \/>\n[swedish]Idag gjorde jag upp en lista \u00f6ver positiva och negativa effekter av l\u00e4kemedlet Saroten.<br \/>\n+ \u00c4r lugnare.<br \/>\n+ Kanske mindre grundsp\u00e4nning?<br \/>\n&#8211; G\u00e5r l\u00e4ttare upp i vikt. Sv\u00e5rt att h\u00e5lla vikten.<br \/>\n&#8211; Samlar p\u00e5 mig v\u00e4tska.<br \/>\n&#8211; T\u00f6rstigare.<br \/>\n&#8211; Oftare huvudv\u00e4rk (normalt har jag ingen).<br \/>\n&#8211; Sl\u00f6 de f\u00f6rsta morgontimmarna (\u00e4r normalt pigg).<br \/>\n&#8211; Alla mina andra symtom \u00e4r of\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ytterligare en kemikalie i kroppen.<\/p>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r balansv\u00e5gens negativa sida sm\u00e4ller i bordet. Ta sedan i ber\u00e4knande att jag \u00e4r os\u00e4ker p\u00e5 varifr\u00e5n de positiva effekterna kan komma. De kan bero p\u00e5 att jag faktiskt \u00e4r en duktig elev i stresshanteringsutbildningen.<br \/>\nJag har tre veckor till kvar av min pr\u00f6votid.<\/p>\n<p>Efter dagens frukost f\u00f6retog jag mig en promenad. Och f\u00f6re salladslunchen 22min  avslappning.<\/p>\n<p>Tillbringade lite tid framf\u00f6r datorn och mina digitala bilder. Har best\u00e4mt mig f\u00f6r att br\u00e4nna en DVD till mina f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar. Jag har en hel del bilder de aldrig har sett.<\/p>\n<p>Och s\u00e5 kom frugan hem fr\u00e5n sitt jobb. Hon ville titta p\u00e5 de bilder hon valt ut f\u00f6r sin fotobok, p\u00e5 min dator. \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>Dagens n\u00e4sta uppdrag var att vara v\u00e4rd f\u00f6r en Seniorjympa i Friskis&amp;Svettis. Det var trevligt. Ett tempo d\u00e4r alla fick tid att hinna med och beh\u00e4rska de olika r\u00f6relserna.<\/p>\n<p>Och jag gjorde ett kort bes\u00f6k in till mataff\u00e4ren. Jag beh\u00f6vde lite gr\u00f6nsaker. Och jag k\u00f6pte inget godis!<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4l hemma stillade jag min hunger med lite bovetegr\u00f6t, mosad banan och risdryck.
