Now my inconvenience is like they were before I start the medical treatment with Saroten. So? What does the Saroten have for effect? On me.<\/p>\n<p>I start, the day, soft with breakfast and the morning newspaper. I collect energy too takes a deep deal with my computer and some database trouble with my official blog.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blog Trouble<\/strong><br \/>\nThe MySQL database crash, in the late yesterday.<br \/>\nI have to repair it. It was a little bit nervous because I don&#8217;t knowing how much damage the crash has cause. It appeared that it was only the last post that have been destroyed. And that one I have in a separate filed document.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theoretical Homework<\/strong><br \/>\nWe get some tasks at yesterday\u2019s course in stress managing.<br \/>\n&#8211; Which are my stress indicators?<br \/>\n&#8211; Practice &#8217;trigger&#8217; before meal.<br \/>\n&#8211; Practices relax.<br \/>\n&#8211; Some reading.<br \/>\n&#8211; Which physical activities I choose?<br \/>\n&#8211; Identify ordinary or special, big or small moments, &#8217;grain of gold&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>The time rush away and it was time for my salad. After that I take a walk. And when i came back I take a relax moment (practical homework).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blog Development<\/strong><br \/>\nThe rest of the day, in parts, I spend with some blog development. I now test how to, in a &#8217;fine&#8217; way, fix so a user (reader) can click on a text line and come to the previous or the next post. When you have a single page up. I think I get it quite well. Det var lite nerv\u00f6st eftersom jag inte visste hur skadad den hade blivit av kraschen. Det visade sig vara endast det sista inl\u00e4gget som hade blivit f\u00f6rst\u00f6rt. Och det hade jag sparat i ett dokument.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Heml\u00e4xa<\/strong><br \/>\nVi fick ju n\u00e5gra uppgifter att g\u00f6ra fr\u00e5n g\u00e5rdagens stresshanteringsutbildning.<br \/>\n&#8211; Vilka \u00e4r mina stressorer?<br \/>\n&#8211; Tr\u00e4na &#8217;trigger&#8217; inf\u00f6r m\u00e5ltid.<br \/>\n&#8211; Tr\u00e4na avslappning.<br \/>\n&#8211; Lite l\u00e4sning.<br \/>\n&#8211; Vilka fysiska aktiviteter v\u00e4ljer jag?<br \/>\n&#8211; Ta fram f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 vanliga eller ovanliga, stora eller sm\u00e5 f\u00f6reteelser, guldkorn i vardagen.<\/p>\n<p>Tiden rusade iv\u00e4g och det var dags f\u00f6r sallad. Efter det blev det en promenad. Och n\u00e4r jag kom tillbaka blev det en stunds avslappning (praktikl\u00e4xa).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bloggutveckling<\/strong><br \/>\nResten av dagen, delvis, \u00e4gnade jag \u00e5t lite bloggutveckling. Jag h\u00e5ller nu p\u00e5 att testa, hur man p\u00e5 ett &#8217;snyggt&#8217; s\u00e4tt, kan ordna till det s\u00e5 att bloggbes\u00f6karen (l\u00e4saren) kan klicka p\u00e5 en textrad f\u00f6r att komma till f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende eller n\u00e4sta inl\u00e4gg. N\u00e4r man \u00e4r och kikar p\u00e5 ett enskilt inl\u00e4gg. Jag tror nog att jag fick till det ganska snyggt. Men jag v\u00e4ntar med att \u00f6verf\u00f6ra det till min riktiga blogg.<br \/>\nJag uppgraderade ocks\u00e5 WordPress-motorn till version 2.3.2 p\u00e5 min lokala dator. Efter det fick jag problem med den tredje kolumnen (h\u00f6ger sidolist). Den d\u00f6k upp l\u00e4ngst ned p\u00e5 varje sida? Efter en hel del &#8217;gr\u00e4vande&#8217; hittade jag en l\u00f6sning i en s.k. stilmallsfil.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5, h\u00f6r ni, \u00e4r det tid att g\u00e5 till s\u00e4ngs.[\/swedish]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[english]I feel better now.
